Need ideas on creating a scooter for science?

Hi. I need to create a small scooter that has to move forward by pushing backwards on the floor, air, or another object.


-It has to be from scrap materials(not ready-made).


-You also can't push it, use a ramp, or electricity when launching it

Mmkey, umm I would use scrap metal and make an ';L'; shape then put weels on it. then since you cant push it i would put something simmilar to a training weel so it dosent fall over. sorry its not real good coaching but thats all i got.Need ideas on creating a scooter for science?
How big does it have to be? Can you just go get one of those little cheap toys that go forward when you pull it back and take it apart and use the insides to create a small scooter?
