filthy, its akin to putting dog muck on the pavement.Couldn't they have got his favourite toy instead of creating a public nuisance of themselves?
I'm sorry they've lost their dog but this is a really stupid way to behave. What makes them think the dog will recognise their urine smell - they're not dogs! If they did this in York they'd be in court and fined quicksticks!Couldn't they have got his favourite toy instead of creating a public nuisance of themselves?
Brilliant idea! Thank you! Report Abuse
the whole idea of not letting people pee or pope on city streets is to keep a healthy environment in citys.any one who owns a pet and lets it do those things should pay a hefty fine, then mabe they will give some thought to what to do with an animals needs and not visit the results on the public in general.years ago when horses were the main means of trans port the stench of manure was over whelming and urine was running in the streets like rain water, fly's and mosquitoes and all sorts of vermin flourished out side every door and street side,so do we really need that again?remember a little here and a little there soon adds up to quite a lot
That's pathetic news to know that it is ok to pee on any of the streets of Britain. I guess Britain is going to allow poop next.
Come on, it's not as if dogs don't pee up against lamp posts and shop doorways all the time. Unless you're licking tarmac you wouln't notice it.
