It depends on what editor you're using, but all HTML files are simply text files. Just save the one you're on, close it, and open a new file. Save it as whatever.html (or .htm or .php or whatever the heck you're trying to link to). Open that blank text file up, type in your HTML code, save it, and you're golden.
