Creating a menu for a restaurant, need help with food descriptions?

Examples:

Old-Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup

-Packed with flavour, mixing pasta with chicken and a bounty of just-tender vegetables.

Pasta Verde

Nutty whole grain pasta and fruity olive oil compliment the zip of fresh garlic and basil for an earthy yet just-out-of-the-garden feeling.

I need descriptions for:

1. Bruschetta Baked Chicken

2. Marinated Vegetables With Feta

3. Vanilla Blackberry ParfaitCreating a menu for a restaurant, need help with food descriptions?
I hate those crappy menus that don't actually tell you much about the meal. Why not go modern or more imaginative?

Why is your soup ';old-fashioned';? Who wants to eat that? Traditional may be a better word. Is it a thick soup or a consomme? What vegetables? Winter or spring?

Pasta verde. Is the pasta house made? Is the pesto? Fresh wholemeal pasta tossed with house made basil pesto.

I don't know what Bruschetta Baked Chicken is. Chicken bruschetta? sounds horrible. Is it an open sandwich? Roasted is a better word than baked.

Marinated Vegetables With Feta

What vegetables? Oven roasted ';vegetables';, marinated in ';something'; served with ';Greek'; feta and ';??';

Vanilla Blackberry Parfait. Is it vanilla or blackberry parfait? Is it vanilla parfait with blackberries/coulis? Is it vanilla AND blackberry parfait?Creating a menu for a restaurant, need help with food descriptions?
Homemade chicken /noddles soup just like grandma made cooked with tender roasted chicken and yummy veggies.

Pasta verde fresh whole grain pasta cooked with savory olive oil and dash of garlic and basil

Baked chicken with fresh tomatoe brusetta
