Actually not. It's illegal to run a wow server on your own without the blessing from Blizzard. If you payed the money that Blizzard wants for the rights to run a server then probably they give you some manual to it. If you want to run a server anyway then don't ask for it on Yahoo!.
Blizzard has ears and eyes everywhere. :-)))
